Robert Radice Obituary

Robert Charles Radice, 79 of Geneva, New York, passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer at his winter residence in Palm Bay, Florida, on February 27, 2025.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Judy of 51 years and his daughter Janine (husband Niels), son Richard (wife Tawnya), and four amazing grandchildren – Sophia, Sawyer, Cade, and Warrick.   Robert was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Kay Radice and his brother Arthur Joel.

Robert’s sense of humor was infectious, and his witty one-liners made anyone laugh or smile.  He loved being outdoors, especially around the water.  Some of his favorite activities included boating, sailing, water skiing, and cruising around Senaca Lake in his self-restored mahogany 1961 Chris Craft.    When not on the water, he could be found tinkering with his 1964 Corvette in the garage, working to fix anything mechanical that needed attention or selflessly offering his time to help a neighbor or friend in need.

Robert worked for Otis Elevator for over 30 years in various roles, advancing in his career from construction engineer to management before retiring in 2003.   Prior to his professional career, Robert proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

A celebration of life will be held at his home in Geneva, New York, sometime later this year.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Melanoma Research Foundation or the American Cancer Society in Robert’s memory.
